4th Class have spent several weeks extensively studying the lead up to and aftermath of the 1916 Rising. Today our learning was brought to life when we visited Kilmainham Gaol and had an amazing tour. The boys did themselves proud showcasing all their knowledge and asking extremely interesting questions. We were blessed with the weather and got to enjoy a picnic in the park across the road. A great day was had by all!
